    Badminton Ireland Club Grant Programme


    Badminton Ireland has opened a Grant Programme for Clubs based in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

    The grant is split into 2 strands.

    Strand 1: a club may apply for a grant of €700 if they are targeting a programme in any one of the following areas:

    • Establishing a Juvenile Section in their club
    • Delivering a programme targeting additional juveniles to join their club
    • Delivering a programme to drive a Disability Inclusion initiative
    • Delivering a programme to encourage more girls/women to join their club
    • Seeking to train and qualify a BWF Level 1 Coach in their club

    Strand 2: A club may apply for a grant of €300 if they are looking to do one of the following:

    • Seeking to obtain additional equipment such as Shuttles/Racquets
    • Seeking to pay for a Coach to come into coach in their adult club
    • Seeking to cover hall hire costs
    • Seeking to subsidise membership to their club

    A club can apply for one strand. Badminton Ireland will not be accepting applications for both strands, and will only accept one application per club.
