Video – S & C Workshop for Ulster Age-group Coaches - Sian Williams
A small change for Ulster Age-group squads this season will be the use of warm-ups as part of the squad sessions. A workshop for Ulster Age-Group coaches will take place on the 19th October from 6-8pm at the National Badminton Centre and the video will be made available to others shortly after.
