Covid-19 - Update

The Covid-19 Restrictions which have been introduced by NI Executive from Friday 11th December will have the following impact on Badminton Activity in Northern Ireland:

•   All badminton activity including Competition, Clubs, Leagues & Performance Programme training is suspended, excluding Elite Level & 1-1 Individual Coaching sessions.

•  Individual coaching sessions can take place in an indoor setting, not from the same household, provided the participants do not come in to contact, follow facility guidelines & the  BI Return to Badminton Guidelines. A coach must hold a BWF Shuttle Time or BWF Coaching Qualification.

The regulations introduced on 11 December and will be kept under review by the NI Executive, therefore Ulster Badminton will continue to monitor and review the situation on an ongoing basis and will communicate additional updates as they arise.
