Ulster Badminton as an organisation are Supporting #antibullyingweekni.
According to a 2016 study from the Department for Education, 40% of children experienced bullying behaviour last year. Bullying can and does happen in sport, just like it does in all kinds of environments, which is why we’re supporting the campaign in a sports context and are encouraging our partners to do the same. Anti-bullying Week, coordinated by NI Anti-Bullying Forum (NIABF), takes place 13 – 17 November this year with a theme of “All equal, all different”.
Ulster Badminton and our members can support the week in a number of different ways through social media and the links below or simple promoting the Childline number 0800 11 11 as someone to turn to.
